    He has spent time working on the floor in slaughter houses. In the front office computerizing the slaughter house processes and in the export office selling our rural produce all over the world.

    I do however know the new owner, Ross. He is a fourth generation butcher who, after finishing his apprentiship in Coonabarabran worker for many years in butcher shops in Sydney and many rural NSW towns.

    Although I have not visited Boisies butchery for many years (I now live in Canada) I understand the shop changed hands about 3 weeks ago.

    Being raised on a farm in the Coonabarabran area and having had such a wide range of experience in the meat industry it might be fair to say that few people know meat as well as Ross.
