  Large rooms. Comfy beds. Good for families. Friendly staff.

  Stayed here several nights with kids during school holidays. The room was spacious, comfortable and warm during the cold winter nights. Staff were very friendly and always available. The location is beautiful and convenient as we came here for several star gazing sessions at surrounding observatories with one only 400 m up the road. Highly recommend for anyone wishing to stay in the Australia's astronomy center of Coonabarabran.

  The room that they gave us had windows that had broken fly screens and windows that did not lock properly so anyone could have gotten in from the outside. After reporting those problems, they switched us to another room.

  Stayed with family for a few nights during school holiday, the room was clean and host was friendly. The night sky was amazing, we could set up telescope right outside the room, best place I've ever had for stargazing, will come back again.

  The rooms were large with plenty of space, and the grounds were great for what was needed. Also the food was catered for allergies.
